Pass Through Entity Elective Tax Payment Online Instructions

The below instructions can be used as a guide for making your Pass-through Entity Elective Tax Payment online. It is ultimately your responsibility to make sure your payment is made for the correct tax year and with accurate bank information.

Screen 1: Select Use Web Pay Business. See red arrow below

Screen 2: Select your entity type and complete the “Type the character” exercise. Note if you are an S-Corporation, you will select Corporation.

After you select the entity type, a new box will populate asking you to enter your Entity ID. This is your State ID, not your Federal EIN.

Screen 3: Your entity information will populate at the top of the screen and you’ll enter your name.

Screen 4: Select the tax form. You will choose the top option.

Screen 5: You will select the type of payment you’re making, which is the last option.

Screen 6: You’ll select the year the payment should be applied to. Below is an example of how to enter a 2022 PTE payment.

After this screen, you’ll be prompted to enter your payment information and verify the details. Have a confirmation emailed to yourself and then forward to our office.
